Crew Briefing
Crew Briefing is a service for both Cabin and Pilot Crew Members, that integrates various systems in the airline to enable the delivery of the right information in a timely manner to the right location, so that crew can focus on what needs to be done and when.
All flight crew members have access to flight briefs from their own customized home page. Crewmembers are restricted to viewing their own past and future rostered voyages with the default being the flight brief for their next duty.
The Rainmaker 'Full Flight Briefing System' enables delivery of key information that is required to perform their operations effectively, on time, legally and in a safe manner. Briefing brings together information from all sections of the company that have a part to play in the smooth day to day running of the airline.
In Summary, This Enables:
- Having crew details, duty details, aircraft technical status and associated documents all assembled into the one electronic document is particularly efficient
- The Recurring Notices section lets operations users create notices that are automatically associated with flight briefs and targeted at a particular sector, route, station or crew
- Targeted users quickly create notices relating to areas like safety, stations, VIP passengers, crewmembers and more
- Categorised airfield briefs can be signed off and read and a record maintained
