With so many versions of the 'truth' presented to management it is difficult to know precisely why a flight was delayed. Drawing on data from multiple sources filed by dispatchers, station managers and crew, the critical mission of our On-time Performance reporting is to give you the means to quickly and accurately establish the 'root cause' of each and every delay.
